Release of Liability

By booking services and/or using equipment provided by Bounce Brothers Party Rentals, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in activities involving inflatable bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses, or other party equipment carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, falls, collisions, equipment failure, or injury caused by misuse or lack of supervision. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, known and unknown, related to use of the equipment.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless Bounce Brothers Party Rentals, including its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, damages, or costs arising out of or related to injury, illness, or property damage resulting from the use of rental equipment or participation in related activities.

3. Supervision & Rules

I understand that adult supervision is required at all times. I agree to enforce safety rules, remove shoes, avoid horseplay, and monitor all children or participants. I agree not to exceed posted occupancy limits or weight limits, and to cease use immediately in the event of strong winds, rain, or equipment failure.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and defend Bounce Brothers Party Rentals against any claims brought by third parties related to use of the equipment during my rental period.

5. Responsibility for Equipment

I agree to return all equipment in the condition it was delivered. I accept full responsibility for damages caused by misuse, neglect, vandalism, or failure to follow safety instructions.

6. Severability

If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

7. Acknowledgment

I certify that I am at least 18 years old and legally authorized to sign this agreement. I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms above.
